Fitzroy Football Club is thrilled to announce the signing of Sam Daniele as both a Development Coach and player for Season 2026!

Sam joins us after assisting in the coaching ranks at United Football Club throughout 2025, bringing with him a wealth of experience and football knowledge.

Sam’s Resume is stacked… but some highlights include:

🔵🟡🔴 SANFL League Football with the Adelaide Crows (2024)

On the field, Sam is an elite inside midfielder with explosive speed and power around the contest. Highly skilled under pressure and with insane footy IQ, he’s sure to make his mark on 2026.

Off the field, his passion for helping footballers reach their full potential sees him fit in perfectly as our Development Coach!

This role comes with a strong focus on the progression of our exciting young core both on and off the field!

To say we are excited to have Sam on board not only playing, but helping to shape the next generation of Roys is an understatement!
